KGC Mobile Services provide convenient, professional mobile blood collection for patients with physician-ordered lab work. We travel to your home, workplace, assisted living community, or healthcare facility to provide safe, compassionate, and reliable specimen collection. Our goal is to make laboratory testing as comfortable and convenient as possible. Please have your physician's laboratory order available at the time of your appointment.

Urine Collection
Book our professional urine collection service for a seamless experience at your home, workplace, or preferred location. KGC collects urine specimen's according to your healthcare provider's instructions and prepares them for laboratory testing. Ensuring comfort and maintaining privacy, we collect urine samples with utmost care for laboratory testing.

If you’re unable to pay the mobile collection fee upfront, we can discuss possible payment arrangements with your physician, healthcare provider, employer, or healthcare facility when appropriate. Our goal is to make professional mobile specimen collection as accessible and convenient as possible.
Stool Sample Pickup
KGC provides secure, confidential stool specimen pickup from your home, workplace, or preferred location. We securely transport properly collected specimens to your designated laboratory or healthcare provider according to handling requirements. This service is for specimens that have already been collected by the client and does NOT include specimen collection.Â

Extended Service Area
We also serve Dayton, Riverside, Kettering, Centerville, Miamisburg, Englewood, Vandalia, Trotwood, Bellbrook, Xenia, Tipp City, Troy, and Piqua. An additional $15-$30 travel fee may apply to these locations based on distance from Springfield, Ohio.

We also serves throughout Columbus and nearby Columbus suburbs (Hilliard, Dublin, Grove City, Reynoldsburg, Westerville, Upper Arlington, and Gahanna) An additional $45-$60 travel fee applied based on distance. The exact travel fee will be confirmed prior to your appointment.

Where are my samples processed?
Once collected, your specimens are safely transported to a certified laboratory of your choice or as designated by your healthcare provider for accurate and timely testing.
How do I book an appointment?
Booking is easy. Schedule your mobile appointment directly through our website or contact us by phone or email. We'll work with you to find a convenient appointment time.
Do I need a doctor's order?
Yes. All blood collections require a physician's or other authorized healthcare provider's laboratory order. We can also collect specimens for self-ordered laboratory testing when permitted by the testing laboratory.Â
Do you accept insurance?
KGC Mobile Services does not bill insurance directly. Our mobile collection fee covers travel and specimen collection service. If you're interested in our service but have financial concerns, please schedule a consultation. In some cases, with your permission, we may be able to work with your physician or healthcare provider to explore whether mobile specimen collection services can be arranged through their office or another approved payment method.
